+# Property Fact Consolidation
+
+## When to Use
+- Raw notes about the house, plot, infrastructure, documents, or condition are scattered across multiple files.
+- The source material is incomplete, repetitive, or unordered.
+- You need a reliable source-of-truth before writing a sale listing.
+
+## Procedure
+1. Read every relevant file in `draft/`.
+2. Assume the notes refer to one sale object unless the files strongly indicate otherwise.
+3. Fill the structure from [the dossier template](./assets/unified-dossier-template.md).
+4. Separate information into three groups:
+   - verified facts from the notes
+   - soft interpretations that are safe for marketing copy
+   - open questions or contradictions
+5. If multiple different objects appear to be mixed together, stop and ask the user to split or clarify.
+6. Use the completed dossier as the only factual basis for the final listing.
+
+## Rules
+- Prefer precision over coverage when the notes are vague.
+- Keep source inconsistencies visible until clarified.
+- Do not turn assumptions into facts.
