Property Fact Consolidation

When to Use

• Raw notes about the house, plot, infrastructure, documents, or condition are scattered across multiple files.
• The source material is incomplete, repetitive, or unordered.
• You need a reliable source-of-truth before writing a sale listing.

Procedure

1. Read every relevant file in draft/.
2. Assume the notes refer to one sale object unless the files strongly indicate otherwise.
3. Fill the structure from the dossier template.
4. Separate information into three groups:
   • verified facts from the notes
   • soft interpretations that are safe for marketing copy
   • open questions or contradictions
5. If multiple different objects appear to be mixed together, stop and ask the user to split or clarify.
6. Use the completed dossier as the only factual basis for the final listing.

Rules

• Prefer precision over coverage when the notes are vague.
• Keep source inconsistencies visible until clarified.
• Do not turn assumptions into facts.
