Owner Voice Listing
When to Use
- You already have a consolidated fact base for one property.
- You need full sale listings in Russian for marketplace publication.
- The text should sound like a real owner, not a realtor.
Procedure
- Start from verified facts, not from generic sales language.
- Use the copy framework to build the narrative.
- If web or MCP access is available, review a small sample of similar active or sold listings to understand which concrete details and framing angles appear most persuasive.
- Use that market scan only to sharpen positioning and ordering, never to import чужие facts or phrasing.
- Draft three variants with different intensity: aggressive, calm, and classic.
- Lead each variant with the strongest concrete reasons to buy this property.
- Show what daily life in the home and on the plot feels like.
- Reduce friction by naturally addressing condition, utilities, access, documents, and deal readiness if the notes support it.
- End with a call to action that matches the variant tone.
Mandatory Rules
- Write in Russian.
- Write from the owner's perspective.
- Keep the copy attractive but credible.
- Do not over-promise.
- Prefer vivid specifics over empty praise.
- Use external listings only as market context, not as a source of copy-paste text or unsupported claims.
- Produce three separate texts: aggressive, calm, and classic.
- Default to plain text that works without formatting.
- Keep the tone friendly and human, not stiff.
Deliverable
- One ready-to-publish aggressive text in plain text.
- One ready-to-publish calm text in plain text.
- One ready-to-publish classic text in plain text.
